Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 414 platform (https://414.wine), registering an account, or using any of our services, you fully accept these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of using such services under applicable laws in Bangladesh.

- Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempted abuse of the system is strictly prohibited.

Payment, Transaction & Financial Terms
All financial transactions on 414 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Funds deposited into your account are for use within the platform only.
- Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request can be processed.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the transactions page.
- If a fraudulent or suspicious transaction is detected, 414 reserves the right to place the transaction on hold pending investigation.
- Separate terms may apply to the use of bonus or promotional funds, and these will be stated alongside the relevant offer.

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
- Participating in games, betting, and lottery for personal entertainment
- Depositing and withdrawing BDT to and from your own account
- Accessing platform support services
- Complete account verification with a valid identity
- Operating the platform using software, bots, or automated programs
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or hacking
- Money laundering or processing of illicit funds
- Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party
- Unauthorized reuse of platform content

414 provides its services on an "as is" basis. 414 is not liable for temporary interruptions caused by technical errors, network disruptions, third-party payment issues, or other factors beyond our control. We are, however, always committed to resolving issues as quickly as possible.
414 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming. Users are solely responsible for their own decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and trademarks on the 414 platform are protected by intellectual property rights. Copying, redistributing, or using any material for commercial purposes without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
Account Policy, Terms Changes & Third Parties
414 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of Terms violation, fraud, false information, or suspicious activity. Any valid balance remaining in a closed account will be returned through the designated process.
414 reserves the right to modify these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes wherever reasonably possible.
The platform may use third-party payment gateways or services. 414 is not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the competent courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction.
